It has never been a more exciting time to join Uisce Éireann’s Graduate Programme. We are a rapidly growing organisation, and we are looking for ambitious and talented early careers professionals to join us in transforming water services for Ireland.

For 2026 we are hiring across two specialist streams – Engineering and Business Operations. Both streams are 2 years in duration and consist of 3 X 8-month rotations across our Infrastructure Delivery, Asset Management & Sustainability and Chief Operations Directorates. This will give you a unique opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects and exposure to a variety of internal and external stakeholders. A number of permanent positions will be on offer at the end of the programme. Graduate positions can be based in our Cork or Dublin offices.

For both streams you should be graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated within the last two years with an honours degree, and have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the programme. For the Engineering stream you must have a BEng degree in any engineering discipline. For the Business Operations stream you should have a Business/Commerce/BIS or related degree.

All suitably qualified applicants will be invited for a 30-minute interview and 15-minute presentation in November. We will be making offers and providing feedback as soon as possible after the interviews.
