Our Chief Operations Office is responsible for delivering essential water services across Ireland, combining operational excellence with a strong customer focus. It oversees both the treatment and management of over 3.3 billion litres of water and wastewater daily, while maintaining an extensive network of infrastructure assets and pipelines. At the same time, it ensures a high-quality experience for domestic and non-domestic customers, managing billing, customer interactions, and strategy implementation through the Customer Contact Centre. Together, Asset and Customer Operations work seamlessly to provide safe, reliable and efficient water services to communities nationwide.
