Growth and Development Programme – Fair Street Water Network Upgrade
Uisce Éireann has upgraded the water infrastructure at Fair Street, Mallow to support future growth and development in the area.
The works involved the installation of over 1km of water mains to combat bursts and cater for the future growth and development of the wider Mallow area. These works were carried out as part of Uisce Éireann’s Growth and Development Programme.
The section of works took place at L-1207 Fair Street, Mallow.
This project has been delivered to support existing and future developments within the community. It will improve the supply capacity of the existing water network in the area, improving performance and reducing demands on the current network.
The works were carried out on behalf of Uisce Éireann by Ward and Burke and were completed in late October 2025.
