Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section
Uisce Éireann is working to restore normal water supply to homes and businesses following a large burst early this morning to a rising main on the Lisloose reservoir which supplies customers in Tralee, Ardfert and surrounding areas.
Water service crews are on site and have commenced work. Due to the complex nature of the burst, it will take a number of hours to repair and to restore normal supply to all customers affected by this unplanned outage.
Areas affected by the unplanned outage include Tralee town, Clogerbrine, Mounthawk, Caherslee, Spa, Churchill, Knockanish, Ballyroe, Blennerville, Curraheen and surrounding areas.
Brian O’Leary, Regional Operations Manager, Uisce Éireann said: “We understand the inconvenience when a large burst of this nature occurs, and we are working to remedy this unplanned outage. We thank the community for their understanding at this time.”
