Supply disruptions affecting Uisce Éireann in Kiltimagh
Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section
Uisce Éireann customers in Kiltimagh may be experiencing further supply disruptions this morning as a result of the power outage which affected the Kiltimagh WTP last night.
Customers in areas of Kiltimagh including the Balla Road, Park Road, Treenaglearagh, Cloonkedagh, Treankeel, the Knock Road, and the Kilkelly Road may be experiencing supply outages this morning.
The outages are a result of the depletion of reservoir levels at the treatment plant caused by the loss of power overnight. Power has returned to the plant and supply levels are currently recharging but some customers will be affected by outages as the system refills.
Colette Scahill of Uisce Éireann thanked customers for their understanding as supply levels are restored.
“We understand the inconvenience of an unplanned outage for our customers, and we wish to thank impacted customers for the patience as the network recharges,” said Colette.
