Crews working to restore water supply to customers in Ballynagore
Information below is relevant until further updates are provided here or on our Supply and Service Updates section
Due to operational issues on the local network, Uisce Éireann customers in Ballynagore, Streamstown, Castletown Geoghegan and the surrounding areas may experience low water pressure or intermittent interruptions to their water supply.
To help maintain treated reservoir levels and protect daytime supply, nighttime restrictions will also be in place from midnight to 6am, beginning tonight and continuing until further notice.
Uisce Éireann's David Gibbons has assured customers that every effort is being made to restore normal water supply levels as quickly as possible.
"We understand the inconvenience these supply issues may cause and we thank customers for their patience and support while our crews continue to work to stabilise supplies and restore normal service."
