To request a site visit to a Water or Wastewater Treatment Plant, please fill in the form below and provide the required insurance documentation.

Name(s) and location of the Uisce Éireann owned/controlled site you wish to visit, for example, Sligo Wastewater Treatment Plant, Finisklin, Sligo.

Please submit this form at least 6 weeks in advance of your preferred dates

Number of students and staff
If the site visit request applies to students, please outline the student to staff ratio. Uisce Éireann cannot facilitate a site visit by students under the age of 18, where there is not an appropriate level of supervising staff/chaperones.
Insurance Documentation *

Please upload a Confirmation of Cover Letter from your Insurer or Insurance Broker outlining:
(1) your Public and Employers Liability policies in place
(2) the policy period for each line of cover
(3) the limits of liability for each line of cover
(4) clearly state whether each line of cover is ‘unlimited’ or ‘limited in the aggregate’
(5) in respect of Public Liability, a “Specific Indemnity to Uisce Éireann” in respect of the site visit
