Board member

Rena has 25 years of non-executive director and senior finance executive experience. She serves as a trusted strategic advisor and is guided by her key values of integrity, reliability and clarity.

Rena has been responsible for driving results with a focus on sustainable growth supported by strengthened governance and has significant regulatory experience. She has led complex transformation projects across retail, property, sales and manufacturing sectors, always keeping customer solutions central to outcomes. Rena also brings extensive experience in commercial asset investment with a focus on strategic portfolio management and optimising capital allocation to pursue long term value creation. 

Rena has served as an integral board advisor to a leading dynamic multinational retail group and has been a key contributor as a member of the audit committee. Rena is Chairperson of a property management company. She holds a non-executive director position in the education & not-for profit sector and formerly in the leisure & membership services sector.

Rena is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She earned a Master of Business Studies, specialising in Management Information Systems, at UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and completed a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD. Rena is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is currently enrolled in the Chartered Director Program.
